Intro

Hi. My name is Radhika Sharma and I was born in India and I am from there as well. I currently live in Malaysia, I go to an International school in Kuala Lumpur and I have just entered Middle School. I have been living in Kuala Lumpur for 6 years and before lived in Germany for 2 years ( and no,  I do not speak German anymore). Before I lived in Germany, I lived in KL again for 2 more years.  I went to KL the first time when I was about 9 months so therefore I don't speak Hindi. There are 4 people in my family, my mom, my dad, my sister and myself. 


  The Books that I have read recently are the Septimus Heap series and I am currently reading Syren. Plus they are all written by Angie Sage. The series is basically about a boy named Septimus Heap, the long lost seventh son of the seventh son and about all his adventures with Princess Jenna (heir to the throne and Septimus' sister), his friend Beetle, who works as the Ice tunnels inspector for the Manuscriptorium, where all the Magyk books and old diaries are kept, and the rest of his family.

The last movie I saw was "Dear John" (my sister made me watch it) Based on the book by Nickolas Sparks. It is about a guy who's in the army and when he is on release for two weeks, he falls in love with a girl who's in college. When his John's (the army guy) 2 weeks are up, they promise each other that they will write to each other. It's a romantic (blea) drama which also has it's sad parts.

 My academic goal of the year is to learn about the history of man and the Earth and also try to get grades of B and above. I chose these two things for my acedemic goal beacause I enjoy reading history and reading all about Mythology (Greek mostly). The reason why I chose to try to get grades of B and above is it will be better and I don't want or need any stress for my first year in Middle School.  

My social goal is to make LOADS of more friends and keep out of the 8th Grader's way (I don't think they like us after the episode of what happened at lunch..). The reason why I want to make more friends is that no one will be my enemy (although I might have one or two that left) and I can communicate effectively with everyone, not only the people I know very well.

 My favorite vacation memory was when we went to Cameron Highlands with some family friends and eating a lot of strawberries and visiting the BOH tea factory.  It was really a great experience because I never used to eat that much fruit and when I went there I found out EVERYONE ate fruit every day of their lives, I was motivated to eat more of the fruits we have here. I loved being there, it was an  amazing event where I would like to relive again. 

I would describe myself as curious 'cuz I like to snoop around my apartment, clueless because I never know what's going on, a bit loco (would that be an adjective) because sometimes I shout random names of people that I see, shy when I meet a whole lot of people that I have no idea who they are ( past experience with my cousin's wedding,  I didn't know half the people's names and they where all on my side of the family!) and lost because I NEVER remember where the milk and forks are even though they were and are in the same place for the last 4 months ( I moved in April).
